{"id":20871,"date":"2026-03-19T14:11:48","date_gmt":"2026-03-19T11:11:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.primariarovinari.ro\/?p=20871"},"modified":"2026-03-23T10:33:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T07:33:00","slug":"instiintare-privind-asigurarea-obligatorie-a-locuintelor-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primariarovinari.ro\/old\/2026\/03\/instiintare-privind-asigurarea-obligatorie-a-locuintelor-2\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00ceN\u0218TIIN\u021aARE privind asigurarea obligatorie a locuin\u021belor"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: right;\">Nr.12378\/25.02.2026&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/h1>\n<h1>\u00cen conformitate cu prevederile<em>&nbsp;art. 3 din Legea nr. 260\/2008<\/em><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><em>privind asigurarea obligatorie a locuin\u021belor \u00eempotriva cutremurelor, alunec\u0103rilor de teren \u0219i inunda\u021biilor<\/em>, <em>republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare<\/em>, <strong>v\u0103 reamintim faptul c\u0103 persoanele fizice \u0219i juridice sunt obligate s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i asigure \u00eempotriva dezastrelor naturale toate construc\u021biile cu destina\u021bia de locuin\u021b\u0103, din mediul urban sau rural, aflate \u00een proprietatea acestora \u0219i \u00eenregistrate \u00een eviden\u021bele organelor fiscale.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><u>Prezenta notificare este valabil\u0103 doar dac\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la data prezentei, nu s-a \u00eencheiat \u00eenc\u0103 asigurarea obligatorie a locuin\u021belor, \u00een condi\u021biile Legii nr. 260\/2008.<\/u><\/h1>\n<h1>\u00cen cazul contribuabililor care, p\u00e2n\u0103 la data prezentei, nu au \u00eencheiat asigurarea obligatorie a locuin\u021bei, prezenta reprezint\u0103&nbsp;<strong>\u00een\u0219tiin\u021bare <\/strong>\u00een \u00een\u021belesul <em>art. 17 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 260\/2008, privind asigurarea obligatorie a locuin\u021belor \u00eempotriva cutremurelor, alunec\u0103rilor de teren \u0219i inunda\u021biilor<\/em>, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare.<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Nerespectarea de c\u0103tre persoanele fizice sau juridice a obliga\u021biei de asigurare a locuin\u021belor prev\u0103zute la art. 3 alin. (1) din <em>Legea nr.260\/2008<\/em><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><em>privind asigurarea obligatorie a locuin\u021belor \u00eempotriva cutremurelor, alunec\u0103rilor de teren \u0219i inunda\u021biilor<\/em>, <em>republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare<\/em> constituie contraven\u021bie \u0219i se sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu amend\u0103 de la 100 la 500 lei.<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;<\/h1>\n<h1><em>Cu stim\u0103,<\/em><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Primar,<\/strong>&nbsp;
