{"id":20254,"date":"2024-10-07T15:08:46","date_gmt":"2024-10-07T12:08:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.primariarovinari.ro\/?p=20254"},"modified":"2024-10-07T15:08:46","modified_gmt":"2024-10-07T12:08:46","slug":"20254","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primariarovinari.ro\/old\/2024\/10\/20254\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DISPOZI\u021aIA NR.1099<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>privind stabilirea locurilor speciale pentru afisajul electoral pentru alegerile <\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>pentru pre\u0219edintele Rom\u00e2niei din anul 2024<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PRIMARUL ORA\u0218ULUI ROVINARI, JUDE\u021aUL GORJ<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere:<\/h1>\n<h1>-Prevederile art.41 alin.1 din Legea nr.370\/2004 pentru alegerea Pre\u015fedintelui Rom\u00e2niei, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; -Prevederile Hot\u0103r\u00e2rii Guvernului nr. 1061\/2024 privind aprobarea Programului calendaristic pentru realizarea ac\u021biunilor necesare pentru alegerea Pre\u0219edintelui Rom\u00e2niei \u00een anul 2024;<\/h1>\n<h1>-Prevederile HG nr.756\/2024 privind stabilirea datei alegerilor pentru Pre\u015fedintele Rom\u00e2niei din anul 2024<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; -\u00cen baza art.196 alin.1 lit.b) din Ordonan\u021ba de Urgen\u021b\u0103 a Guvernului nr.57\/2019 privind Codul Administrativ, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/h1>\n<h1><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DISPUNE:<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h1><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Art.1<\/strong>. (1) Se stabilesc locurile speciale pentru afi\u0219ajul electoral pentru alegerile pentru pre\u0219edintele Rom\u00e2niei din anul 2024, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/h1>\n<h1>-strada Muncii ;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h1>\n<h1>-strada Termocentralei;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h1>\n<h1>-strada Tineretului;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h1>\n<h1>-strada Aleea \u0218colii;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h1>\n<h1>-strada 22 Decembrie 1989;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h1>\n<h1>-Localitatea V\u00eer\u021b.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h1>\n<h1>(2) Locurile speciale pentru afi\u015faj electoral pot fi folosite numai de candida\u0163ii la func\u0163ia de pre\u015fedinte \u015fi de partidele care i-au propus.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (3) Este interzis\u0103 utilizarea de c\u0103tre un candidat a locurilor speciale pentru afi\u015faj electoral, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 \u00eempiedice folosirea acestora de c\u0103tre un alt candidat.<\/h1>\n<h1>(4) Afi\u015fajul electoral este permis \u00een alte locuri dec\u00e2t cele stabilite potrivit alin. (1) numai cu acordul scris al proprietarilor sau, dup\u0103 caz, al de\u0163in\u0103torilor \u015fi numai cu luarea m\u0103surilor impuse de legisla\u0163ia \u00een vigoare pentru asigurarea siguran\u0163ei cet\u0103\u0163enilor.<\/h1>\n<h1>(5) Pe un panou electoral fiecare candidat poate aplica un singur afi\u015f electoral. Un afi\u015f electoral amplasat \u00een locurile prev\u0103zute la alin. (1) nu poate dep\u0103\u015fi dimensiunile de 500 mm o latur\u0103 \u015fi 300 mm cealalt\u0103 latur\u0103, iar cel prin care se convoac\u0103 o reuniune electoral\u0103, 400 mm o latur\u0103 \u015fi 250 mm cealalt\u0103 latur\u0103.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (6) Sunt interzise afi\u015fele electorale care combin\u0103 culorile \u00eentr-o succesiune care reproduce drapelul Rom\u00e2niei sau al altui stat.<\/h1>\n<h1>(7) Se interzice afi\u015fajul \u00een scop electoral prin aplicarea pe pere\u0163ii sau pilonii de sus\u0163inere a podurilor, tunelurilor, viaductelor, pe indicatoarele rutiere, panourile de orientare \u015fi informare rutier\u0103, precum \u015fi pe sistemele electronice de reglementare a circula\u0163iei.<\/h1>\n<h1><strong>Art.2<\/strong> Afi\u0219ajul electoral va fi efectuat \u00een prezen\u021ba domnilor Izdrug\u0103 Victorel \u0219i St\u0103ncescu Florin-Alin.<\/h1>\n<h1><strong>Art.3<\/strong> Integritatea panourilor, afi\u0219elor electorale \u0219i a altor materiale de propagand\u0103 electoral\u0103 amplasate \u00een locuri autorizate se va asigura cu sprijinul Direc\u021biei Publice de Poli\u021bie Local\u0103.<\/h1>\n<h1><strong>Art.4<\/strong>.
