legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare, pentru familiile\/persoanele cu domiciliul sau re\u0219edin\u021ba pe raza administrativ-teritorial\u0103 a ora\u0219ului Rovinari, ale c\u0103ror venituri\/membru de familie se incadreaz\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la suma de 559 lei\/ luna (limita maxim\u0103 admis\u0103 pentru beneficiarii de aloca\u021bie pentru sus\u021binerea familiei, conform Legii nr. 277\/2010).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u00censcrierile se efectueaz\u0103 \u00een perioada 06.03.2023-24.03.2023, \u00eentre orele 10.00-15.00, la sediul Prim\u0103riei Ora\u0219 Rovinari &#8211; Compartimentul Protec\u021bie Social\u0103, unde se va elibera un bon de ordine pe care \u00eel va prezenta&nbsp; persoana \u00eenscris\u0103 la distribuirea tichetului \u00een data program\u0103rii.<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Acte necesare<\/strong>&nbsp;:<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&#8211; &nbsp;cererea \u0219i declara\u021bia pe propria r\u0103spundere;<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&#8211; &nbsp;acte de identitate ale solicitantului \u0219i ale membrilor familiei;<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&#8211; &nbsp;acte de stare civil\u0103;<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&#8211; &nbsp;certificate de na\u0219tere pentru persoanele cu v\u00e2rsta de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 14 ani;<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&#8211; hot\u0103r\u00e2re definitiv\u0103 \u0219i irevocabil\u0103 de \u00eencredin\u021bare a minorilor, de \u00eencuviin\u021bare a adop\u021biei, hot\u0103r\u00e2re plasament familial al minorului, documente din care s\u0103 rezulte calitatea solicitantului de tutore sau curator;<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&#8211; persoanele majore care frecventeaz\u0103 cursurile \u0219colare, forma de zi, vor prezenta adeverin\u021b\u0103 de la unitatea \u0219colara&nbsp; \u00een care se va men\u021biona &nbsp;forma de inva\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt;<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&#8211; veniturile persoanei singure sau ale familiei se dovedesc cu adeverin\u021be privind salariul&nbsp; net, cupoane, mandate sau taloane pentru veniturile realizate, etc;<\/h1>\n<h1>&#8211; &nbsp;contract de proprietate al imobilului ( \u00eenchiriere, comodat,etc)&nbsp;;<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp;&#8211; persoanele majore care nu realizeaz\u0103 venituri din nicio surs\u0103, vor depune cerere la sediul Prim\u0103riei ora\u0219 Rovinari pentru eliberarea unei adeverin\u021be ANAF-PATRIMVEN.<\/h1>\n<h1>&nbsp; <strong>Tichetele sociale se vor distribui familiilor dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;:<\/h1>\n<h1>&#8211; la persoanele singure \u0219i familii cu doi membri&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8211; un&nbsp; tichet&nbsp;social;<\/h1>\n<h1>&#8211; la familiile compuse din trei-cinci membri&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8211; doua tichete sociale;<\/h1>\n<h1>&#8211;
