Actele normative care reglementează organizarea şi funcţionarea Biroului de evidenţă a persoanelor şi eliberare a actelor de identitate din cadrul Serviciului public comunitar local de evidenţă a persoanelor al oraşului Rovinari, precum şi soluţionarea problemelor de competenţa acestuia:

– O.G. nr. 41/2003 privind dobândirea şi schimbarea pe cale administrativă a numelor persoanelor fizice, aprobată prin Legea nr. 323/2003, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare;
– H.G. nr. 839/2006 privind forma şi conţinutul actelor de identitate, ale autocolantului, privind stabilirea reşedinţei şi ale cărţii de imobil;
– H.G. nr. 112/1997 privind organizarea activităţii de eliberare a cărţilor de identitate, procedura de preschimbare eşalonată a buletinelor de identitate actuale, precum şi aspectele privind termenele de valabilitate ale acestora, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare;
– H.G. nr. 220/2006 pentru aprobarea Normelor de lucru privind procurarea şi transmiterea în străinătate a certificatelor şi extraselor de pe actele de stare civilă, precum şi a datelor cu privire la domiciliul şi reşedinţa unor persoane;
– Metodologia nr. 1/1997 pentru aplicarea unitară a dispoziţiilor Legii nr. 119/1996 cu privire la actele de stare civilă;
– Legea nr. 677/2001 pentru protecţia persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal şi libera circulaţie a acestor date;

Legea 677/2001 la Art. 7 alin (1) prevede că: „Prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal legate de originea rasială sau etică, de convingerile politice, religioase, folozofice sau de natură similară, de apartenenţă sindicală precum şi a datelor cu caracter personal privind starea de sănătate sau viaţa sexuală este interzisă”.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions.
